Once you have received the confirmation that your KeyFob is activated you need to update your KeyFob to be able to use it.
Choose one of the options below to update your KeyFob.
This can also work if the KeyFob stopped working suddenly.
Option 1 - Update via door reader
Hold the KeyFob against the door reader at a main door. Wait until the light turns purple. This means the KeyFob is updating.
Once the KeyFob turns green the update is done. Try a few times if it does not work immediately.
Option 2 - Update via FOBAPP
If you do not have a door reader available you can use the FOBAPP.
Download the FOBAPP in the app stores
Open the FOBAPP. Look at the back of your KeyFob. You will find a number there: e.g. H0789.
Select this number in the FOBAPP, then click on this number to update the KeyFob. Wait until the FOBAPP states: Updated.
You KeyFob is ready to use!
You might have to try this a few times before the KeyFob is updated.
