  • Where? Caretakersoffice at Rode Kruislaan 1300, Diemen (purple tower, ground floor), open on Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9 AM - 12 noon. 
  • Arriving on weekends or after these dates and hours? Please let us know your expected date and hour of arrival. And see if something can be arranged. But if we are not able to hand out keys, please find yourself a place to stay for the night(s). The next office day keys can be collected.
  • Contact our office via info@lievendekey.nl, please make an appointment far in advance. A caretaker will inform you further about pick up hours. 

When you are traveling to Amsterdam without an appointment - the caretaker might not be there to welcome you and our head office won't be able to help you last minute. 

  • Rode Kruislaan is not a keyless building! Regular key set is to be collected on set hours the caretaker is available.
  • Our offices are closed on weekends and after 5 PM! After this hour an out of office service answers the phone, who can help and give you directions but they have limited knowledge of our services.
  • Please bring ID when collecting your keys. We don't allow others (friends/family) to pick up your keys for you. 
  • Upon arrival to your room, please check your inventory first and report a 'cleaning issue' when your room seems to be forgotten and/or bedding package is missing.
