RESULT_FAILED instead of RESULT_OK

If you see RESULT_FAILED instead of RESULT_OK in the popup after syncing your keys you have a corrupt digital key.

(read this if you don't know how to Sync your keys).

When you see RESULT_FAILED you cannot open any doors.

To solve this problem take the following steps:

I have an Android:

1. Go to the Settings of your phone. In the list of settings look for Apps. On the Apps page search for the De Key Shortstay App and click on it.
2. Look for Storage and then click on Clear Data!
3. When you cleared the data of the De Key Shortstay app you can close the settings and open the De Key Shortstay app again.
4. Now click on Register keys and follow the steps to complete the registration.
5. Your key will be valid again; you can test it on your appartment or try Syncing your keys to see if the popup says RESULT_OK again. 

I have an iPhone: 

1. Delete the app from your phone.
2. Download the app again from the Appstore
3. Click on the Settings button and choose the building you live and click on Save & close
4. Now click on Register keys and follow the steps to complete the registration.
5. Your key will be valid again; you can test it on your appartment or try Syncing your keys to see if the popup says RESULT_OK again.
