App does not start

Please close down the app fully and restart the app. If this does not help then turn off your phone and turn it on and try again.

No internet or at the end of your data bundle

If you have none or limited internet connection then the App will not launch. You can still open your doors! The app will try to launch therefore you will see a white screen.

Set your phone into flight modus and click the ACCESS button.
