First block is general information. 
Please check below for your address and which caretakers office you can collect the keys. Only on certain weekdays and limited hours, not in weekends!

 

- Regular key set can be collected at the caretakers office on set days and hours. Look below where to go. Only on weekdays, not in weekends! 

  • Tenant can only collect keys in person! We do not accept a power of attorney for someone else to collect your keys instead. There are no exceptions.

- Keyless room can be entered from the start of your lease after 10 AM.  Tenants that booked a keyless building, receive an e-mail 1 week prior to start of your lease to register keyless account.

  • Booked within 72 hours prior to start of lease? - contact Guestcompass and caretaker to share your contractnumber and info, to receive a keyless registration e-mail! Otherwise no entrance possible!
  • Important! Keep your phone very still to unlock your door!

  • We recommend to check in during office hours 9 AM - 5 PM! It is new for you and might need some practise for your first time opening your door(s). Please see the instructions for keyless in the App. You can submit a form on the bottom page for assistance/help.
  • TIP: Ask a neighbour with experience how to work the keyless lock.  
  • Assistance of De Key/Guestcompass, only available during office hours on workdays. 
  • RA's are Resident Assistants who would like to know when you will arrive. You can contact them via e-mail.

- Bijltjespad/Kattenburgerstraat:

Keyless - you can access your room with your phone.

Regular key rooms, keys can be collected with the caretaker between 1 p.m. - 4 p.m at Bijltjespad 44 (caretakersoffice).

- Fraijlemaborg: Keyless - you can access your room with your phone, and can reach out to RA's to welcome you. 

- Grote Bickerstraat: Welcome by caretaker, Note: collect keys at caretakers office Bijltjespad 44 between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

H Cleyndertweg: Welcome by caretaker, Note: collect keys at caretakers office Bijltjespad 44 between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

- Maassluisstraat/ Vlaardingenlaan:  Welcome by caretaker, Note: collect keys at caretakers office at Meer en Vaart 368A from Monday to Thursday! Between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Outside these days and hours, please contact your caretaker and or RA's in advance for an alternative sollution. 

- Meer en Vaart: Welcome by caretaker at caretakers office at Meer en Vaart 368A  from Monday to Thursday! Between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Outside these days and hours, please contact your caretaker in advance for an alternative sollution. 

- Plantage Muidergracht 20 & 125: Welcome by caretaker, Note: collect keys at caretakers office Bijltjespad 44 between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

- Poeldijkstraat: Keyless - you can access your room with your phone, and contact your RA's for a welcome. 

- Prinsengracht: Keyless - you can access your room with your phone, and contact your RA's for a welcome. 

- Prins Hendrikkade 189 A: Keyless - you can access your room with your phone, and contact your RA's for a welcome. 

- Prins Hendrikkade 189 C: Keyless - you can access your room with your phone, and contact your RA's for a welcome. 

- Rode Kruislaan: You can collect your keys at caretakers office (groundfloor) Rode Kruislaan 1300 between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

- Sarphatistraat: Keyless - you can access your room with your phone, and contact your RA's for a welcome. 

- Weesperstraat: Welcome by caretaker, Note: collect keys at caretakers office Bijltjespad 44 between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

- Zuiderzeeweg: Keyless - you can access your room with your phone. Important! You have to lift your door handle up, to unlock your door! 

Contact your caretaker, in case you can't make it on check in hours to collect your set of keys. 

 


Please note
  • This is our general information. Unless you are instructed otherwise by your RA and/or caretaker from your residence that they can help you in another way - this instruction is for you.
     
  • Attached to the confirmation email of your booking, you'll find a document. This is your tenancy agreement with your address and roomnumber. The document can be at the bottom of the e-mail.  
     
  •  Can't collect the keys during check in hours / on the day of arrival? Contact your caretaker and/or RA's in advance for your options. Otherwise you will need to organize a place to stay. Maybe you can stay with a friend or we can recommend the Stay Okay accommodation. Please find the link to their website at the bottom of this page.
