Check-in Bijltjespad/Kattenburg - physical keys

Only our rooms at Bijltjespad 22 A-L, 80 A-L and Kattenburgerstraat 10 A-L, 14 A-L use a keyless system; other room numbers have a regular key to collect with their caretaker.

• Upon booking your room you can find out if your room uses a keyless system; if not, you will need to collect a set of keys at the caretakers office at Bijltjespad 44.
• Please make an appointment with your caretaker through e-mail to pick up your keys. Caretakers are only available during office hours.
• Please bring ID to the pick up. We don't allow others (friends/family) to pick up your keys for you. 
• Can't collect the keys during check in hours / on the day of arrival? - Contact your caretaker in advance for your options. Otherwise you will need to organise a place to stay (with a friend or a Stay Okay accommodation, for example).
