Where to collect your keys?
At the start of your lease-date - you can collect the keys at the caretakers office of Walther Frankel at Rode Kruislaan 1300 or via a KIT employee when informed so.
You can collect keys during his opening hours only from Monday to Thursday 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. Make an appointment if you can't make this hour.

When you arrive after office hours, contact KIT if they can help out to collect the keys of your room on your behalf.
- Please respect and follow the Covid-measurements - wear facemask and keep your distance.
- In person, don't bring entourage and on workdays only
- Contact goes via the caretaker of your building
- Let your caretaker know when/which date and hour you plan to collect your keys.
- Bring your Identification (passport or ID-card) & show your digital lease agreement
