Installing the De Key Student app
Read the brief instructions below and go to the relevant app store.
Choose your building
The first time the app is launched you will see a list of all buildings from De Key. Click on your building, scroll down and click continue. The app will now automatically open on the front page of your building.
Receiving push notifcations
At the initial startup you will be prompted to allow push notifications. These are used to keep you informed of the latest developments concerning your location.
Moving house
Once you move to another property it is advised to change the building in your app so that you get the right push notifications.
For this it is necessary to de-install the app and reinstall it from the app stores. When launching the app you will again see the list of buildings to choose from. Choose your new location, scroll down and click continue.
If you do not see the list of buildings click the button NOTIFICATION SETTINGS, this button appears briefly when launching the app.
