Fire Alarm
When the fire alarm goes off, a security guard from Intersafe comes to verify the report within 20 minutes.
When there is a fire malfunction (for example, if someone removed a detector), a security guard from Intersafe comes within 40 minutes to verify the report.
If there are no problems, Intersafe will disable the fire alarm system and record the findings in a report.
If the RA's are present, they can verify the report and disable the evacuation alarm.
Fire extinguishers
The fire extinguishers are checked monthly.
When the fire extinguishers have been used, the extinguishers are exchanged immediately.
In addition, it is supervised that the fire extinguishers are checked annually.
