For your room at this location, you will need to make an appointment (date/time) with your caretaker by e-mail to pick up your keys. Please set this appointment well in advance.
- Access to your room on the day your lease starts from 15:00/3PM.
- Regular key set can be collected at the caretakers office with appointment only! Look below where to go. Only on weekdays, not in weekends! Without appointment you won't be able to check in that day!
- Please bring ID to the pick up. We don't allow others (friends/family) to pick up your keys for you.
- Upon arrival, please check your inventory first and report a 'cleaning issue' when your room seems to be forgotten and/or bedding package is missing.
You can only pick up your keys on weekdays (Mon-Fri) during specific hours when the caretaker is available. You must make an appointment in advance with your caretaker, otherwise you will not be able to collect your keys.
