Remember: remove all personal items including all bedding except the mattress (and avoid a fine towards your deposit)!

Leaving on the last day of your lease?

• On the big check out day, You must finish all check-out procedures and leave your room before 11AM. You do not have to wait for for a room inspection. If you choose to be present, please have the room completely ready for inspection at 9AM.
• Adjusted end of lease date : also check out before 11 AM on the last day rent. E-mail caretaker you have left the room and returned the keys.

How to return your keys?

• Put your keys inside an envelope with your room number written on it before 11 AM.  Please lock your room and drop the keys in the caretakers mailbox. This mailbox is located to the left of the laundry room in the basement.
• Reminder: the bike lock is part of your room inventory!  - Do not forget to leave the bike lock with the key(s) in your room when you check out.

Leaving at an earlier date or outside office hours? 

• If you leave at an earlier date or outside office hours, please contact your caretaker about this: please fill out the form below. 
• The final inspection of your room will take place after your departure. Cleaning will be planned on last day of lease.

By submitting the form above, I allow a Lieven De Key employee to enter my room after the departure date stated above.
