Check your inventory

The inventory list (including condition of inventory), is used when looking at the condition of the property at the end of your tenancy agreement.

Tip: Make pictures for yourself, which you can show the caretaker to help clearify.

If any items mentioned on this list are broken, missing or seriously damaged upon arrival, report this via the app within two weeks after the starting date of the tenancy agreement! (see 'Repair request' page).

  • Some deterioration is allowed (i.e. fair wear and tear), but for serious damages of the above mentioned items and pieces you could get charged with repair or replacement cost.
  • When you have reported any necessary replacement of a broken item or placement of a missing item, it will be done in a few working days. You can contact your caretaker in this matter.
