Key pick up

All Inclusive Check in: First complete all university related things at Science Park (see Arrival section for more information).

When finished, please take our shuttle bus to go to your student  accommodation (follow the signs or ask a UvA/AUAS representative).

Upon arrival please proceed to the caretakers office at Funenpark 40, ring the doorbell of Funenpark 40 and then take the elevator to the 6th floor. This is where we hand out the room keys.

Attention:

•  This key pick up point is only open on  Friday, 16 August and Monday, 19 August 2019 between 11 AM and 6.30 PM.
• Regular check in starts from January 31st - please read  additional info at 'arrival information - check in'.
• Roomkey must be collected by the tenant in person.
• Tenant must show a passport or European ID card.
• It is not possible to collect your keys before the 30th of    January, in weekends or outside office hours. 
• The shuttles are a service. If you wish to go by your own transport, that is totally fine of course.
