iLOQ Key Pad

The pincode can be found on the "MY KEYS" button in your app.

Check the lights on the key pad:

  1. Left light green:
    The key pad is operational.
     
  2. Left light orange.
    The key pad is not connected to the internet. The key pad is still operational unless the code has changed on your phone.
     
  3. Right light red:
    You have entered the wrong code or do not have access with your phone or keyfob.
     
  4. No lights:
    The keypad is not connected to power and therefore not operational.
     
  5. Purple light:
    The keypad is updating your keyfob.
