The VMB Locked out service is available when:
If you have lost your keys, use the lock out service to regain access to your property. Then visit the page LOST YOUR KEYS via the link at the bottom of this page. VMB does not provide new keys!
LOCK OUT SERVICE STEP BY STEP:
STEP 1: Call VMB Lock out service (see call button below)
If you're calling with a friend's/neighbor's phone because you left your own in the room, please provide them with the phone number you're calling from as well!
STEP 2: E-mail your tenancy agreement to VMB Lock out service. (see form below)
STEP 3: VMB will make an appointment with you (usually within 90 minutes).
* Official ID:
Passport or European ID card. When your ID is in your room/studio VMB will ask a few questions to check the information on your tenancy agreement. By giving the correct answers you will still have to show your ID afterwards.
** Payment
When you can't upload, sent the tenancy agreement to this email address.
