Each unit has a mailbox near the main entrance. You should have received a key to open the mail box. If not, please contact your caretaker or RA.
Misdirected mail - What to do?
- When you receive mail for someone else in your mailbox, please return it to the sender. This is the only way to stop the mail from coming in.
- Please put a cross through the wrong receiver and just write "Return to sender, person no longer lives at this address" (see below) on the envelope and post it in a mailbox. You do not need to stamp it.
- To avoid this in the future, please do not forget to deregister from your address at the end of your stay!
