16-2-2023 [Temporary no hot water today at ZZW]
Restore work The repair work will be finished between 3 and 7 PM, the system is being topped up, restarted and vented.
Notifications forward to Comfort Partners. After 8 PM, still no hot water? Unfortunately, venting can take a little longer and comfort partners can be called by the tenants themselves.
8-7-2022 [Update no hot water ZZW 80-88]

Notifications forward to Comfort Partners. What tenants can still call for is that they do not yet have hot water because there is venting. Unfortunately, venting can take a little longer and comfort partners can be called there by the tenants themselves. Comfort Partners is now checking as many homes as possible for ventilation on the top floor.
3x shower house ZZW 172, ZZW 226 ZZW 50E . There are 3 shower houses that can be used, One. comm. member "Laura" is willing to give the keys if necessary and keep track of who uses the houses. Laura can be reached from 16:00h and weekend on +31627199995
7-7-2022 [no hot water ZZW 80- 88]
A hot water pipe burst at ZZW 80 and Comfort Partners has been called to repair it as soon as possible. We can't say how long the hot water will be off.

29-3-2022 [Update hot water]
The pipeline that was broken was fixed yesterday evening. Several people let us know that there are still some of you that do not have hot water, this is because of air in the pipeline system. Comfort Partners will be here around 9:30 to fix the issue.
I need to ask you for a bit more patience.

28-3-2022 [Update hot water in some blocks]
The main hot water pipe line is broken. Comfort Partners was here the whole weekend to try and maintain damage control. Today they will finish the job of fixing the pipe line. Untill now it is clear the maintenance will end at 22:00 tonight.
This is an estimate and we will do everything possible to finish it sooner.

24-12-2021 [Update placement of 250 housing units and community house]:
Zuiderzeeweg parking P+R
December 20th 2021 there has been started with preperations for replacing housing units from Bergwijkdreef to location Zeeburg. The units will be placed in Q1/Q2 of next year. During this time, at some stages of the build, tenants can experience nuisance.

We try to keep tenants posted during this time. Updates can be followed here. E-mail or pushmessages send when changes occures in planning occures.
