Planned maintenance

Here you will find the announcements of scheduled maintenance. You will receive a notification via a push notification approximately one week before the start of work.

From Monday 22nd of April till Friday 31st of May 2024, we will carry out maintenance work in your room and the complex. The maintenance takes 2 days per hallway.

This means that we only need access to your room for 2 days. In the attached schedule (see top of this page) you can see when it will be your turn.

Can't be home? - That is no problem; you do not have to be at home. A security guard will monitor the work on the two days it is carried out. 

These work activities are carried out in your room:

• SKK Kozijnwacht - Removing the sliding windows to replace the mohair (brushes) and various window fittings (parts)
• Fire Group - Removing the ceiling plate in the bathroom to make the pipe transits fire-safe.
• SuurS & Co. - Replacing the 2 smoke detectors in your room

These work activities are carried out in the building:

• SKK Kozijnwacht - Other aluminum window frames will be maintained.
• Fire Group - Access doors to the corridors are given a fire-resistant finish by Fire Group
