Here you will find the announcements of scheduled maintenance. You will receive a notification via a push notification approximately one week before the start of work.
Update 19-6-2024: Maintenance works in your building Plantage Muidergracht 20 starts on May 21st 2024 and will be done on August 16th 2024.
- The contractor will call you to make an appointment about when the work will start in your room. This will take 3/4 days. You can just stay in your room.
- The scaffolding will be set up on the 6th of May 2024.
- You may experience noise due to the work.

Update 18-6-2024: Renovation works at Plantage Muidergracht 20 will continue from Summer 2024 till end of 2025!
Scheduled works include:
- Repointing on the exterior of the building, including replacing deteriorated mortar between bricks or stones.
- Glass Replacement in the building, with high-quality HR++ glazing (excepted finish date for all rooms (except for the kitchens) is Week 26)
- Mechanical Ventilation Roof Units: Installation or servicing of mechanical ventilation units on the roof will take place, and might cause some disturbances.
- Exterior Painting: including scaffolding and painters around the building. Please exercise caution when navigating around these areas.
- Replacement of Rainwater Drainage System, which is essential for the proper functioning of our building's drainage infrastructure.
- Dismantling of Scaffolding at the end of 2025.
