07-03-2022:

As of today, the tenants of A1, A2 and C can now also go through the main entrance of A3 and A4 to get to the bicycle shed. The bicycle shed is now accessible to everyone from the inner square.

1-02-2022 [Message for new tenants checking in 2nd of February]

Tomorrow we are looking out to be welcoming most new tenants :)

Due to Covid, several (cleaning/maintenance) companies are short in staff because of many employees being in quarantine at the moment.

The teams work hard since yesterday check outs, to have rooms ready for check in tomorrow from 10 AM. But might need the afternoon too to finish the work. Please don't worry, it will be taken care of before the end of the day.

Any issues in the room can be reported via this form in the App at the page 'room upon arrival', tomorrow.

It can happen that cleaning, maintenance worker, RA or caretaker is send over to your room for the final task(s).

19-01-2022 [NEW keyless system]

We are changing to another Keyless system (same as the one in the C building) at Prins Hendrikkade 189 A.

In week 5 (January 31st 2022 till February 4th 2022) the company Isero is going to change the cylinders on all doors at Prins Hendrikkade 189 A.  

The workmen of Isero will pass by every door.

Please wait for an invitation in your email to register yourself for your new keys. In this email you will also be informed how the new system is working.


17-12-2021 [Update on water pressure]

The water is back on. The incoming pressure has been checked in all buildings and is good again.

Please let us know if you still experience problems with the hot water.

Waternet is present and will start the repair!


16-12-2021 [Update on water pressure]

Waternet hopes to come tomorrow, but in case of an emergency they will reschedule. They will call me when they are on the way or have to cancel.

An update follows tomorrow of course!


14-12-2021​ [Update on water pressure]

Waternet will replace the valves, the piping and meters, so I expect it will be fixed soon now!

Another update follows as soon as possible again.


14-12-2021 [Update on water pressure]

Today before 15:00h Waternet will come to repair a leaking water meter bracket. The water might be shut off for this.

I will send a notification if and when they have to shut the water off.


10-12-2021 [Update on water pressure]

Wednesday an expert of the plumbing agency came by to make sure they had ordered all the right materials and cleaned up the valves. You might have seen him busy.

They just told us not all the materials have yet arrived, but they will call back on Monday. We hope they have some good news then.


02-12-2021 [Update on water pressure]:

Dear residents, I hoped to have better news for you today, but unfortunately the replacing of the valves is delayed. We need some non-standard materials wich were not yet available today. Once recieved we will schedule a new date.


30-11-2021 [Update on water pressure]:

Thursday, December 2, 2021 we expect to start at 13:30h and be ready by 17:00h at the latest.

Make sure you have filled some bottles of water for yourself before we start.

I will send you another notification 10 minutes before we shut off the water. 


26-11-2021 [Update on water pressure]:

We expect the problem of water pressure is a broken main water valve. Next Thursday, December 2, 2021, we are replacing both valves. The water will be shutt off for for a couple of hours. More information about this follows next week and the exact time we start.


24-11-2021 [Update on water pressure]:

Unfortunately I found out this afternoon there is a problem with the incoming water pressure. Tomorrow morning I will come with a specialist to look into this further. I will let you know what we will find. Kind Regards, Evelien

Dear residents of the A-buildings, Comfort Partners came back today to fill the boilers on the top floor of your building. We hope the water pressure, the heating and hot water will work fine again. Please e-mail me if you still have problems later today. evelien.vanwillegen@dekey.nl
