Please follow the instructions below to prepare your departure.
Keyless room departure:
- Report your (planned) departure date/check-out date via the check out form to update your caretaker (and RA's) when you will be leaving. This is a necessary step in the departure proces!
- All personal items and garbage must be removed. Only the items of Lieven de Key on the inventory list remain in the room (also NOT in the common room).
- All your bedding from the welcome package must be removed (the mattrass not included) and taken with you or dropped in the container.
- Your garbage must be removed from your room, the communal areas or hallways.
- If you brought in furniture or other large items that cannot be disposed off with the normal garbage, make an appointment before departure with the city cleaners to have it picked up free of charge (020 - 5519555) before your lease ends!
