KEYS: 

  • Our buildings are keyless*. But for windows, mailbox there could be a seperate key you will be given.
  • *Grote Bickersstraat/Bickerswerf is not keyless and can collect 1 set of key(s) with the caretaker.

Extra's:

  • At Grote Bickersstraat and Bickerswerf a special bike lock is part of the room inventory. More information in Bike storage section of the building.
  • At Poeldijkstraat and Maassluisstraat all private room with private kitchen have 1 lazy chair and sitting pillow for the bed.
  • All rooms at Poeldijkstraat and Prinsengracht gracht have a private kitchen.

Inventory issues?

  • Please use the form below when there is items missing, damaged, or extra.
  • When all items are present and in a relatively good state, you do not have do anything.
  • Some deterioration is allowed (i.e. fair wear and tear), but for serious damages of the mentioned items and pieces you could get charged for repair or replacement.
  • Extra furniture/items in the room? 
    • Make sure to report it via the form below ánd contact your RA!
    • If you don't want the extra items, let them be taken out by RA's within two weeks after arrival.
    • If you do wish to use these items, you are taking responsibiltiy for them. This means you will need to remove them when leaving: we will charge you for items that we need to dispose of.
