These are the rules regarding use:
- The terrace is open until 8 pm.
- No music may be played or made
- BBQ is allowed. Safety requirement: throw away charcoal only after 48 hours after use because of fire hazard.
- Cleaning is always done the same evening by the users / residents.
- Cigarette butts are not thrown on the terrace or thrown down
- A single complaint from local residents or a single neglect of the rules leads to the immediate closure of the terrace.
- Residens always follow instructions by the RA's or De Key Short Stay.
These rules or a closure are not open to discussion.
