Room change
policy
- Once you have booked your room and you have received your official lease agreement (in your e-mail), it is not possible to change rooms.
- In case of very urgent (medical) reasons, please contact the International Student Housing Office.
- If a student approaches Lieven De Key directly, we will direct you to the International Student Housing Office, as they are leading in this matter. If a change in lease IS allowed, they will contact us about this.
- VU, AHK, Royal Tropical Institute and Rijksakademie van Beeldende Kunsten-students: please contact the international office of your own university, not the UvA/AUAS.
