Social Safety Support Page - Need help?

We would like to start off by pointing out that, in general, Amsterdam is a very safe city. As its (temporary) citizens it is our duty to provide a safe environment for everyone, even if you are there for only less than a month. This means we want to create a safe space where there is no place for discrimination, bullying, aggression, exclusion or intimidation of any sort. Unfortunately, undesirable behavior does occur.

Please keep reading to find out what the options are if one wishes to speak to someone about these experiences, to ask for help in finding a solution and/or to make reports and complaints known.
