You will be informed by the Summercourse about check in schedule!

Check in steps:

Step 1 : Plan your arrival. Arrive after the start of your lease (in weekends or after office hours), please contact the Summer RA of your accommodation in advance via e-mail to help you with check in. 

Step 2 :  Collect your regular key set on the startdate of your lease during office hours as instructed by your summerschool.

  • Keyless: Important to have registered your keyless account on your phone already before your arrival, via the instruction e-mail send after booking and before the start date of your lease.

Step 3: When you did not meet the RA when checking in to your room (keyless), notify them via e-mail that you have arrived and are checked in to your room.

Rooms will be available from 2 PM on the start date of your lease(*1) or other date when communicated otherwise

*1 Starting your lease on Friday July 15th?

There are two accommodations that have summer courses leaving and starting on the same day.

  • At Bijltjespad or Sarphatistraat.
  • Meaning that we have a short time to have it cleaned and ready for the next tenant arriving in the afternoon.
  • Whenever a room is not ready for you upon arrival, we can store your luggage temporary in one empty room at the accommodation till when your room is ready later that day.

Keyless room access first time? 

You will be receiving an e-mail a few days before the start of your lease to activate your keyless account working from our App.

Please read the Keyless instructions carefully before and upon arrival.

Experience trouble to enter your keyless room?

  • Check where your "NFA chip" is in your phone and pointed correctly at the door knob.
  • See the instruction movies specially created in different languages and different phones.
  • Check the "troubleshoot' page for help and directions
  • Ask a neighbour/fellow tenant in your building to help you out.
  • Reach out to the Summer RA asking if they can assist you

What to know about internet/Wifi

Bring your own cable to connect your equipment! Wifi not in your room, but is available in most common rooms/areas. For Wifi in your room, a router can be a sollution, but you have to bring your own.

Don't forget! - To take out a travel insurance to be covered for any theft or fire damage!
