Common kitchen

The kitchen is used by several tenants.
Every tenant may use the kitchen.

The small kitchen inventory is not part of the rented property.
Tenants are jointly responsible for cleaning the kitchen.

Are you a new tenant? First ask your neighbours what agreements they have made. Are you allowed to use all things or are some things privately owned? What agreements are there with regard to cleaning?
