Only our rooms at Weesperstraat 9, 45, 47 use a keyless system; other room numbers have a regular key to collect with their caretaker.

• Regular keys pick up - can be collect with your caretaker or replacement
• Contact your caretaker - e-mail below - for an appointment to pick up your keys. Caretakers are only available during office hours. 

Check in hours: Friday August 18th & Monday 21st of August only between 3 - 5 PM at your Weesperstraat address, entrance.

In weekends and outside office hours, keys cannot be collected!

• Can't collect the keys during check in hours? - Contact your caretaker in advance to arrange something else.
• Arriving outside office hours? You will need to organise a place to stay (with a friend or a Stay Okay accommodation, for example) until the next office hours to collect your keys.
• Please bring ID/passport to the pick up. We don't allow others (friends/family) to pick up your keys for you.
