All our rooms are furnished with a standard inventory.
Kitchen appliances such as pots & pans are not included in the room inventory.
Check your inventory within two weeks after your tenancy started.
Room cleaning and preparation:
Your room has been cleaned by one of our cleaning partners. If you have a cleaning issue, you can report it at the bottom of the page. Please note: Some of our rooms show signs of previous life, as all of them have been inhabited before. Walls, ceilings and objects can, despite thorough cleaning, show signs of use and spots.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Fraijlemaborg residency. Before you arrive we wanted to share some information about the Welcome Package in your room. It is provided by Starter Kit, please refer to below for more information and instructions.

Add-ons
If you feel like adding extra's like a towel or kitchen utensils to your welcome box feel free to click here. You will be re-directed to the Starter Kit website, please make sure to order your additional items before the 24th of January to make sure they are in the same box as your Welcome Kit.
Upcycle your Kit
At the end of your stay, you can either take your items with you or leave them in the collection boxes at Fraijlemaborg residency as we will upcycle all the items to give them a second life and reduce our carbon footprint
More information will be sent to you via email before your departure.
Student Buddy
Additionally, you will receive an email from one of Starter Kit's Student Buddies on the email you provided us with. You can ask them anything about where to find the best restaurants or how to get a bike

Should you judge that your room is (partly) in need of cleaning or lacks bedding please click on the link below to inform us. We will take action as soon as possible and will contact you within a few hours.
We do our utmost to correct the lack of cleaning within 24 hours, often we can correct it the same day. Please await our quick response.
