Access Failed or Access Denied
If you know where the NFC area is on your phone and you have kept your phone very still! against the lock and you keep receiving the notification:
"Acces Failed" or "Access Denied"
please go through the following steps:
| 1 Click on SETTINGS [left bottom] |
 |
| 2 Click on ACTIVATION [top right] |
 |
| 3 Click on SYNC KEYS |
 |
| 4 Receive message RESULT_OK, Click on OK |
 |
| 5 Click GO TO APP |
 |
Try to open your door again.
Still access failed?
Your NFC chip is not working well; please restart your phone and try again!
