Check-in information Bijltjespad/Kattenburg

  • Below we give you a few important tips to do before and upon arrival for a successful check in. 

The rented address in your lease can be used for the route to your accommodation. 

STEP 1: Make sure to have registered your keyless account in our App, before your day of check in! Or have an appointment with the caretaker to collect your keys.

STEP 2: We strongly recommended to check in during office hours on weekdays. Outside office hours we aren't available for assistance. Our App provides the necessary information, instructions and service numbers. 

STEP 3: Upon arrival, with your phone or collected keys, you check into your room by yourself. Inspect the room inventory, make pictures for yourself and report any missing or broken items via the 'report a cleaning issue' or 'comments on inventory'

STEP 4: Meet your neighbours, roommates to share your know abouts. In our App we share all necessary and helpful information for tenants to enjoy their stay in the accommodation. 


CHECK IN - Access to your room starts at 3PM/15:00 on the day your lease starts, not before.

  • With a keyless room you can enter at any day and hour after the start of lease. Registration e-mails for this keyless system are sent 1 week prior to the start of your lease.
  • Upon arrival, please check your inventory first and report a 'cleaning issue' when your room seems to be forgotten and/or bedding package is missing. 
  • Booked within 72 hours prior to start of lease? - Please use the "Keyless support"-button below and contact your caretaker to share your contractnumber and info, to receive a keyless registration e-mail! Otherwise no entrance will be possible!​

ATTENTION! - Rooms at Bijltjespad 22 A-L, 80 A-L and Kattenburgerstraat 10 A-L, 14 A-L use a keyless system; other room numbers have a regular key to collect with their caretaker (see following page!).

 

We advise all new tenants not to check in after office hours, as you might need help checking in for the first time. Our assistance is only available during office hours (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM).

Try to ask a neighboring room if they can help you out with getting in when you experience difficulties, especially the first time. You can also try to reach the RA team or caretaker at your building via e-mail (see below). They will answer as soon as they can.

 

CHECK IN HOURS FOR KEYLESS:

  • Monday through Friday during office hours - Contact your caretaker in advance letting them know when you can be expected to arrive!
  • Outside of office hours - Tenants cán arrive at their own time; however, our assistance will only be available during office hours. In our App we provide all necessary instructions and troubleshoot to help yourself.
