When you have lost your keys, you can access your room/studio via the Lock Out Service VMB.
For the replacement keys, you can contact your caretaker via our call center during office hours.
VMB cannot provide you a set keys!
Office hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm.
Friday 8.30 am - 12.30 pm.
Be aware: Outside office hours we cannot hand out a replacement key!
Replacement keys can cost you as much as € 150.00 per set.
