How to open your door:

1. Open the app press the ACCESS button (bottom right) and hold the NFC chip area of your phone against the black knob. The phone must touch the knob*
   1. *Try the back, front, top, bottom, middle, sides, when you don't know where it is situated (or look it up online for your phone type).
2. Keep the phone still, do not move the phone for 4 seconds until you see: ACCESS GRANTED.
3. Turn the knob to open the door.
