Check-in information Poeldijkstraat
Tenants can check in by themselves with our keyless system. Access to your room starts at 3PM/15:00 on the day your lease starts, not before.
- With a keyless room you can enter at any day and hour after the start of lease. Registration e-mails for this keyless system are sent 1 week prior to the start of your lease.
- Upon arrival, please check your inventory first and report a 'cleaning issue' when your room seems to be forgotten and/or bedding package is missing.
- As a new tenant, please see the Poeldijk RA team info and give them notice of your new lease via e-mail. Check their active Instagram account for activities at Poeldijk and more.
- Booked within 72 hours prior to start of lease? - Please contact Guestcompass and your caretaker to share your contractnumber and info, to receive a keyless registration e-mail! Otherwise no entrance will be possible!
We advise all new tenants not to check in after office hours, as you might need help checking in for the first time. Assistance is only available during office hours (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM).

CHECK IN HOURS FOR KEYLESS:
- Monday through Friday during office hours - Contact your caretaker via e-mail in advance, letting know when you can be expected to arrive!
- Outside of office hours - Tenants are free to arrive at any time; however, assistance will only be available during office hours.
