Check-in information BOLD/Bercylaan
Tenants can check in by themselves with our keyless system. Access to your room starts at 3PM/15:00 on the day your lease starts, not before.
- Registration e-mails for this keyless system are sent 1 week prior to the start of your lease. With keyless, you can access your room with your mobile phone.
- Booked within 72 hours prior to start of lease? - Didn't receive a registration e-mail? Please contact support@guestcompass and your caretaker providing them your contractnumber and details.
We advise all new tenants to check in during office hours, as you might need help checking in for the first time. Our assistance is only available during office hours (Mon-Fri, 9AM-5PM).

CHECK IN HOURS FOR KEYLESS:
- Monday through Friday during office hours - Contact your caretaker in advance letting them know when you can be expected to arrive!
- Outside of office hours - Tenants cán arrive at their own time; however, our assistance will only be available during office hours. In our App we provide all necessary instructions and troubleshoot to help yourself.
