Regular check in - middle of semester

We ask you to wear a facemask and disinfect your hands when picking up your keys.

First block is general information. 

Check in to your room and collect your keys on workdays only. 

  • Room available on the day your lease starts, 10 AM. Not before! 

- Regular key set can be collected at the caretakers office. Look below where to go. Only on weekdays, not in weekends! 

  • Appointment required, e-mail your caretaker to set up a day and time in advance. Can't reach them? Please call our office.
  • Tenant can only collect keys in person! We do not accept a power of attorney for someone else to collect your keys instead. There are no exceptions.

- Keyless room booked? you can enter at any day and hour after the start of lease. Registration keyless e-mail send 1 week prior to start of your lease.

  • Booked within 72 hours prior to start of lease? - contact Guestcompass and caretaker to share your contractnumber and info, to receive a keyless registration e-mail! Otherwise no entrance possible!
  • Important! Keep your phone very still to unlock your door!
  • Advised is to not check in after hours as you might need help checking in for the first time.
  • Assistance, only available during office hours. See the Keyless FAQ for more info and instructions or submit a form at the bottom page for help from the Keyless company
  • Try to ask a neighbour room if they can help you the first time getting in when you experience difficulties.
  • You can try to reach the RA team or caretaker of your building via e-mail.

CHECK IN HOURS: Keyless - Monday to Friday, office hours - Contact your RA's in advance letting them know when they can expect you to arrive!

CHECK IN HOURS: Monday to Thursday (not on Friday)!  Between 10 AM en 12 noon - contact your caretaker to set up an appointment to collect your keys.  


- Poeldijkstraat

Caretakers office:  Poeldijkstraat lobby.

CHECK IN HOURS: Keyless - Monday to Friday, office hours - Contact your RA's in advance letting them know when they can expect you to arrive!


- Rode Kruislaan

Caretakers office: Rode Kruislaan 1300, Diemen (purple building ground floor)

CHECK IN HOURS: Monday to Thursday (not on Friday) between 10 AM en 12 noon - contact your caretaker to set up an appointment to collect your keys. 


- Zuiderzeeweg

Caretakers office: Zuiderzeeweg 90 R, Amsterdam

Attention! You have to lift your door handle up, to open & unlock the extra safety pins in your door and when locking it.

Please note
  • This is our general information - Unless you are instructed otherwise by your RA or caretaker from your residence that they can help you in another way - this instruction is for you.
     
  • Attached to the confirmation email of your booking, you'll find a document which is your tenancy agreement with address and roomnumber. The document can be at the bottom of the e-mail.  
     
  •  Can't collect the keys during check in hours / on the day of arrival? Contact your caretaker and/or RA's in advance for your options. Otherwise you will need to organise a place to stay. Maybe you can stay with a friend or we can recommend the Stay Okay accommodation. Please find the link to their website at the bottom of this page.
