Check-in steps Fraijlemaborg

You will be informed by the Summercourse about the check-in schedule!

Step 1: Plan your arrival.
  • Arriving during office hours (3PM-5PM) on the startdate of your lease? You can enter your room yourself with the keyless system at any time after 15:00/3PM. Assistance with check-in on start of lease date is only available from 3PM-5PM. After that you yourself are responsible for your check-in.
  • Arriving after the start of your lease (in weekends or after office hours)? Please be aware that you can check-in with the keyless system at anytime after the start of your lease; however, no assistance will be available outside office hours.
Step 2: Make sure you have your key ready.
  • Keyless room? It is important to have registered your keyless account on your phone prior to your arrival, via the instruction e-mail send after booking/before the start date of your lease. Below you can find more information on how to register for your keys as well.
Step 3: Questions after your arrival? Contact your RA.
  • We urge you to check-in from 3PM-5PM, as the caretaker and RA's will be available for assistance during this time.
  • RA's are available for help during your stay; just send them an e-mail and they will get back to you as soon as possible. During office hours (9AM-5PM) your caretaker is also available for help.
Step 4: Check room inventory and report any (cleaning/repair) issues in your room.
  • Once you have arrived in your room, please make sure to check if all the inventory is present, if everything is clean and/or if anything is broken. If there is any of said issues, please report it through the "Report cleaning issue"-page below.

Important topics!

Keyless room access?

Please read the Keyless instructions above carefully before and upon arrival. If you have any issues entering your room with keyless:

  • Check where your "NFA chip" is in your phone and pointed correctly at the door knob. See the instruction movies specially created in different languages and different phones.
  • Check the "troubleshoot' page for help and directions
  • Ask a neighbour/fellow tenant in your building to help you out.
  • Reach out to the Summer RA asking if they can assist you

What about WiFi?

Bring your own cable to connect your equipment! WiFi is not available in your room, but is available in most common areas. For WiFi in your room, a router can be a solution, but you have to bring your own.
